A905 is designed to allow non-metallic surfaces to be bonded\/sealed. It also accelerates the cure rate of anaerobics and improves bonding to contaminated surfaces. It will also allow the adhesive to cure in a larger gap.<\/p>\n<h3>Features<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Liquid or spray<\/li>\n<li>Quick &amp; easy to use<\/li>\n<li>Activates non-metallic and low-reactivity surfaces<\/li>\n<li>Improves adhesive gap fill<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Physical Properties<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Colour: Green<\/li>\n<li>Viscosity: 0.7 mPa.s<\/li>\n<li>Flashpoint: -4\u00b0C<\/li>\n<li>Boiling Point: 45-100\u00b0C<\/li>\n<li>Specific Gravity: 0.7<\/li>\n<li>Evaporation Rate: 4.3*<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Storage &amp; Handling<\/h3>\n<p>Storage Temperature: 5 to 25\u00b0C (41 to 77\u00b0F)<\/p>\n<h3>Directions for Use<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Surfaces should be clean, dry and grease-free prior to activator application.<\/li>\n<li>Permabond A905 should be applied either by wiping (using a clean cloth or brush), spraying or dipping one component.<\/li>\n<li>Allow the A905 to evaporate then apply the anaerobic adhesive to the untreated second component.<\/li>\n<li>Handling time and cure speed will depend on the substrates and adhesive selected. (Handling time is the time from when the joint is assembled to the time when enough strength has developed for the joint to be handled.)<\/li>\n<li>For maximum bond strength, allow adhesive to cure for 24 hours at 23\u00b0C.<\/li>\n<li>Permabond A905 is formulated to minimise attack and maximise performance on certain plastics. However, it is recommended that the product is tested for compatibility prior to use in production.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Do not mix Permabond A905 directly with anaerobic adhesives<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A905 is designed to allow non-metallic surfaces to be bonded\/sealed.
