  • Powerful .15 hp (112 W), 10,000 RPM air motor gets the job done in countless applications, utilizing just 13 SCFM (368LPM) at 90 PSI (6.2 Bar).
  • Precise 3/32″ orbital motion is ideal for achieving a controlled, ultra-fine finish on a variety of surfaces. Compact size is ideal for all operators, including those with smaller hands.
  • Engineered and tested to ensure less tool vibration than any competitive model! Lighter tool weight minimizes hand and arm fatigue. Perfect for vertical applications. Rectangular shape sands deep into corners, where round pads cannot reach.
  • Central Vacuum DynabugII has 1″ outside diameter vacuum port, ready for connection to external vacuum source.
  • Includes 56319 Vacuum Sanding Pad, 80 mm wide x 130 mm long (approximately 3-1/4″ x 5″), with eight vacuum holes. Comfort Platform provides additional hand and wrist support, further enhancing operator comfort. Also offers increased protection against cold air exhaust. (NOTE: Comfort Platform is removable.) Order 59330 Comfort Platform (U.S. Patent No. D610,428) separately, to install on existing tools!

Storage & Handling

  • Use of tool rests, hangers and/or balancers is recommended.
  • Protect tool inlet from debris (see Notice below).
  • Do Not carry tool by air hose or near the tool throttle lever.
  • Store accessories in protective racks or compartments to prevent damage.
  • Follow the handling instructions outlined in the operating instructions when carrying the tool and when changing accessories.
  • Protect accessories from exposure to water, solvents, high humidity, freezing temperature and extreme temperature changes.

Installation

  1. To ensure long life and dependable service, use a Closed Loop Air System and Filter-Regulator-Lubricator (FRL) as diagramed below.
  2. Each tool should have its own dedicated hose connected to an air supply FRL. Quick disconnects should be installed at the FRL in an effort to reduce contamination into the tool. Securely affix all fittings and hose assemblies.
  3. It is strongly recommended that all Dynabrade rotary vane air tools be used with a Filter-Regulator-Lubricator to minimize the possibility of misuse due to unclean air, wet air or insufficient lubrication. Dynabrade recommends the following: 10690 Air Line Filter-Regulator-Lubricator — Provides accurate air pressure regulation, two-stage filtration of water contaminants and micro-mist lubrication of pneumatic components.
  4. Dynabrade recommends 1 drop of air lube per minute for each 20 SCFM (example: if the tool specification states 40 SCFM, set the drip rate on the filter-lubricator to 2 drops per minute). 95842 Dynabrade Air Lube is recommended.
